Enka Izmir Aliağa Power Plant 31 unit 100,000 hours major maintenance work, Enka Power, Alstom Power and General Electric supervision of 280 people were completed with our team. The unit is switched on smoothly.
The works are as follows:
- In the 31X Steam turbine Unit,
- Disassembly of HP, IP and LP turbines,
- Dismantlatation, maintenance and installation of the generator,
- Disassembly of the HP and IP turbine valves and actuators, maintenance of the mechanical workshop,
- Dismantling the LP turbine blades-assembly work,
- HP and IP turbine blade maintenance-change work and sealing rings installation,
- HP and IP Level spray isolation studies,
- HP Inner casing Body modification and steam inlet clean cut process,
- Removing the IP rotor seal strips and replacing the new ones,
- Dismantling of the required blade lines of the IP rotor and turning the blades into the new blade design and assembling the new bladers,
- NDT studies and reporting after Rotor body turning,
- Main lubrication Pump Maintenance,
- Main lubrication Unit exchangers, filters and pumps maintenance,
- Maintenance and installation of Oil Cooler pumps and Filters Dismantation
- Dismantation, cleaning and installation of Oil cooler plates,
- Realization of oil Flushing and Oil tank drain operation and Cleaning,
- Condenser cleaning with pressurized water,
- Pump-pit unit cooling water pumps maintenance work,
- BOP unit and boiler pumps dismantling and maintenance work,
- To manufacture suitable apparatus in mechanical workshop,
- In the 31A unit, major maintenance by General Electric provided gas turbine element support.
- In the 31B unit, major maintenance by General Electric provided gas turbine element support.
