In Mersin Toros fertilizer factory, 7.4 MW of steam turbine major maintenance work was completed under the supervision of Siemens.
The maintenance scope is as follows:
- The Gearbox setting
- Turbine alignment and coupling adjustment,
- Maintenance of the Reglaj valves,
- Maintenance of genarator deposits,
- Maintenance of turbine bearings,
- Oil pump Maintenance,
- Disassembly and cleaning of the Generator rotor,
- Change of electrical panels,
- Welding and leveling works on the required locations on the turbine housing,
- Assembling the turbine and making it ready for commissioning.
As part of the framework contract with Siemens Turkey, our maintenance support services for all Siemens turbines and equipment in Turkey are ongoing.
