EÜAŞ Afşin Elbistan A Power Station 3. Major maintenance works of the unit Alstom brand steam turbine and generator have been completed under the supervision of Alstom Power.
In the scope of maintenance;
- Disassembly and maintenance of HP, IP and LP turbines,
- Maintenance of HP, IP and LP fixed blades,
- Dismantling and maintenance of all turbine bearings,
- Dismantling and maintenance of all turbine valves,
- Radial and axial coupling settings,
- Generator disassembly,
- Disassembly and maintenance of generator bearings,
- Disassembly and maintenance of generator cooling lines and hydrogen seals,
- Exchange of generator windings and cores,
- Manufacturing and installation of clean room before generator winding change,
- Blasting of turbine rotors, fixed blades, valve equipment and other parts,
- Main lubrication Pump Maintenance,
- Maintenance of equipment and pumps in the lubrication system,
- Turbine spray insulation and pipeline insulation
All scaffolding works on the site will be carried out.
